FNCS-level play
Competitive experience with results you can point to. Divisional Cups, qualifiers, Grand Final runs: something on a public board with your name on it. Bring the link, not the story.
Consistency over highlights
You show up to scrim blocks, review your own VODs without being asked, and your placements cluster instead of spiking once and vanishing for a season.
Coachable under pressure
You can take a callout that contradicts you in the middle of a Grand Final and act on it. Composure in end-game is a skill, and it's the one we screen hardest for.
Reliable availability
A schedule that survives contact with practice blocks and tournament windows in North American time zones. Talent that can't be in the lobby doesn't help the roster.
